■ Cost and delivery time

Spain: Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

Transport Agency: 1 to 3 business days for delivery. Transport cost 3 euros (VAT included). Free transport from 70 euros.

European Union

Transport Agency: 3 to 5 business days for order delivery. Transport cost 9 euros (VAT included). Free transport from 100 euros for deliveries in France.

Canary Islands:

All orders will be served by our distributor Unicornio Musica y Letras.

Andorra and other countries:

Prices in €. VAT included.

■ Returns

All items can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please ask for a return number either by mail or phone. Returned items must be in their original packing and condition. Returns must be shipped at buyer’s cost. The amount refunded will be the price paid for the product excluding shipping.

■ Errata

In the event that a product is shown with mispricing or wrong photo, Tierra Zen reserves the right to cancel the order.
